As a group they performed for more than 5 years together. Eric then moved from performing to management and running his own independent label, Powermovesent Entertainment, where he managed the careers of over 40 artists in the R&B and Hip-Hop genre. After 12 years in the music business Eric decided to chase a life long dream of movies and becoming an actor. Applying the same tenacity he used in music he landed his first role in a film with Christian Slater and Jenna Dewan entitled "Love Lies Bleeding" that has been on Encore, HBO and Showtime.
