Nadia Jordan is an award winning filmmaker and actress who was born and raised in London. She began her career producing entertainment shows for some of the most renowned production companies in the UK such as BBC, Channel 4, Endemol and Sky. She began her actor training in London and in 2006 she moved to New York City to complete a 3 year Meisner Program. She has performed on stage in London and New York in acclaimed plays such as "The Odd Couple" and "The Children's Hour" and has also appeared in several independent films. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Nadia set up "Fluffy Cat Productions" with a mission to create content for TV and Film with a focus on empowering stories for women with strong female leads. "For the Love of George", starring Rosanna Arquette, Tate Donovan, Rex Lee and Kristen Johnston, was the first feature film that Nadia produced, co-wrote and played the lead role in under Fluffy Cat Productions. Inspired by George Clooney's humanitarian work, the film won her several awards including Best Female Filmmaker and Audience Choice Award at the Chicago Comedy Film Festival. It was released worldwide in 2018. She is passionate about creating more opportunities for women filmmakers and for equality in a male dominated industry, as exemplified in "For the Love of George" where she enlisted a predominantly female crew. Nadia has just completed the short film "Evelyn & Elmer", which she directed, co-wrote and produced along with the music video "Queen of Tomorrow", which she directed for female pop duo "Unsung Lilly".
