William Liles' screen presence was so powerful that Steven Soderbergh gave him his first principal role in (2017) "Logan Lucky" when he showed up on set as an extra. He had just moved to Atlanta from Austin to further his career in acting after receiving a master's in screenwriting from Full Sail University (2012) with an award-winning thesis, a feature-length drama/comedy. In Austin, he took film acting classes under the tutelage of Julliard-trained career actress Mona Lee Fultz. His diverse career in the military, journalism, and law enforcement prepared him in many ways to pursue an acting career where he's an in-demand featured performer and stand-in, on-camera driver in Marvel's (2018) "Venom" and more, as well as, Hugh Jackman's film double in (2018) "The Front Runner." He first appeared in Season 2 of (2018) "Stranger Things" and is now recurring in Season 3 (2019).
