Carter is an American actor best known for his role in the horror film "Live Evil" (2015). He was born in New Jersey on August 10, 1987. Carter's mother is of Puerto Rican decent, and his father is of English and Welch ancestry. At the age of six, his family moved to Brandon, Florida. He received his Bachelor's degree in Theatre Performance in 2009 from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. In 2011, Carter moved to Raleigh, NC. He has provided voice acting for Baen Books' audio dramas "Islands" (2014) by Eric Flint, and "Detroit Christmas" (2014) by Larry Correia. He played "Mr. Twelve" in Ari Kirschenbaum's horror film "Live Evil" (2015), starring Vladimir Kulich ("Vikings", 2013), Charlene Amoia ("How I Met Your Mother", 2011), and Tony Todd ("The Candyman", 1992). In addition to acting, Carter is an experimental Progressive Rock musician.
