Britain Simons was born In Durango, Colorado to Kelly (Roelke), a photographer, and David Simons, a contractor and architect. He has one sibling, an older sister named Gentry Simons, who works in freelance marketing. His parents separated when he was four and relocated to Montrose, CO until he earned his high school diploma and moved away for college. Both he and his sister were the first children in the family to earn university degrees. As a teen, Britain discovered community theatre and competitive speech team while preparing for a life as an engineer. He traveled to New York with the Carnegie Hall Singers, attended the National Youth Leadership Forum on National Security in Washington D.C., and earned his diploma from Montrose High School in 2010 with a 4.0 GPA and honors. He made the decision with his parents to pursue acting and attain a fine arts degree. From there, he received the Daniels Fund Scholarship (full ride) to attend the university of his choice. He graduated with his BFA in Theatre Studies from Baylor University, in Texas. He also attended the The National Theatre Institute (NTI) at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Connecticut, NYC and he spent a short time in St. Petersburg, Russia with The State Theater Arts Academy. During his studies, he performed in regional theatre productions such as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet. In his first film, he played the antagonist in the award-winning indie short, Surgery (2013). Simons subsequently appeared in numerous films while attending university full time. He also appeared in his first regional commercial for the local Pappa Rollo's Pizza. After completion of his formal education in 2014, he began building a career in film, television and commercials. In Los Angeles, he quickly landed agency representation, and continued to hone his craft for film by training with John Kirby, known for coaching stars like Jim Caviezel and Cameron Diaz. His first commercial appearances included Walmart's national Dare to Compare campaign in 2015, a Honda/Buzzfeed collaboration advert on Snapchat, and an international commercial for Vivo's popular V3 Android smartphone. Soon to follow, he performed in the music video for Showtek for the song "90s by Nature" with over 5 million views on Youtube and then a supporting role of the Awakened Lover in Calum Scott's official music video for his hit release "Dancing on My Own" with over 300 Million views. His latest performance as Dr. Clayton Hunt in the official "Alfie's Song" music video by the Bleachers from the movie Love, Simon (2018). Britain's television debut was an appearance on the Lifetime Television movie Babysitter's Black Book (2015) with a single line as the Food Truck Boy. Soon after he earned a supporting role in another Lifetime Television feature film Cyber Case (2015) (aka Online Abduction) alongside Brooke Butler, directed by Steven R. Monroe. He made appearances in shows like Murder Book (2015), Unusual Suspects (2010), and Disney Descendants: School of Secrets (2015) playing Prince Ben, premiering online and the Disney Channel in support of the summer movie event, Descendants (2015). After less than two years in Hollywood, Britain began landing credited supporting roles in shorts, indie and major feature films. In 2016, he landed the supporting role of Handsome Boy in the critically acclaimed horror film, Holidays (2016) alongside Seth Green, directed by Kevin Kölsch and Kevin Smith. He played Patrick in the short Prom (2016) written and produced by Hasan Minhaj based on Minhaj's experiences in high school. He played another prince as Prince Daniel in the upcoming film Overlords of Magick (2018) directed by Sherman Hirsh. He also landed the leading voice over role of Daichi in the Ultraman 50th anniversary feature film Gekijouban Urutoraman X: Kitazo! Warera no Urutoraman (2016), a popular Japanese title. Britain continues acting in commercials with his most recent being the 2018 Concept-i, future of Toyota campaign, "More Love from Cars." He can also been seen in his comedic commercial spots for the War Dragons App, his most recent role of Peter Parker aka Spider Man in the new web series SuperHeroes In Therapy (2018), along with his commercial spots for State Farm on Adult Swim where he plays the Badge Badger! - IMDb Mini Biography By: Unknown
