Alex Peña, born in Mexico City. Dedicates himself professionally to the art of acting. Graduated from acting school Casazul Artes Escenicas Argos (3 yr program), where he studied under teachers Rodolfo Obregón, José Caballero and Carlos Corona, was awarded a scholarship for academic excellence and played the role of Stage Technician during the three years of the program, taking over the role of Lead Technician during the last year. Attended a 9 month professional voice acting workshop led by maestro Moisés Palacios. He has participated in theater: "Post-Mortem" in the Shakespeare forum; "A bird has stopped in the air" with Silkworms theater; "Ephemeral" with The Opposite Window and "Tempestad ... Es" titled work of Casazul directed by Carlos Corona and produced by Alex Peña. Starring in the films "Diario de un Mirrey" (Comedy filmed in 2016) and "Vivir para contar" (Thriller filmed in 2015) by director Gabriel Soriano. He has participated in TV in: "Drunk History" for Comedy Central; "El Señor de los Cielos" of Argos and "El hotel de los Seretos" for Televisa. As in several short films: The Leak; It's your turn; RAW; 23:23; Fragments and DREAMS. He has participated twice in opera montages "Tosca" with maestro Luis Miguel Lombana and "Viaggio a Reims" with maestro Carlos Corona in the Palacio de Bellas Artes. He also graduated in Musical Comedy at Forart-In (4 yr program), where he made several montages such as: "Godspell" (as Jesus, 1 year and a half season); "Jesus Christ Superstar" (with the role of Annas and Simon); "RENT" (with the role of Benny); "Barbaría" (original work of Jano Fuentes, with the role of Captain Frederick).
