Grant Ross was born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, on 3 April, 1986. He made his debut as an actor at the age of 8 in a primary school play as a "lonely crocodile", and since then has amassed an enviable list of credits and is showing no signs of slowing down. In high school, Grant was awarded "Best Newcomer Actor" and received his Colors for Drama. He then enrolled in a 3yr BA Degree in Live Performance and Film at AFDA in Cape Town, where he focused mainly on honing his craft in film acting. Grant is known for his work on SAF3 (2014), GRZIMEK (2015) , BYPASS (2016) , National Geographic's NO MAN LEFT BEHIND (2016), however 2017 definitely proved to be his most promising year when he landed Investigation Discovery's DATING GAME KILLER (2017) acting with greats such as Robert Knepper (Prison Break), Guillermo Diaz (Weeds; Scandal) and Carrie Preston (The Good Wife; True Blood) not to mention BBC's TROY: FALL OF A CITY(2018) in which he acted alongside some of Hollywood's finest, mainly Alred Enoch (How to get away with Murder), Frances O'Connor (Mr. Selfridge; The Missing) and David Threllfall (Shameless). If that wasn't enough he was then cast alongside Ray Winstone (Sexy Beast; The Departed) as his right hand crony "Mousy" for 5 episodes in AT&T Audience Network's ICE Season 2 (2018) as well as acting with Smallvilles Supergirl, Laura Vandevoort. He then landed a role in NBC's WARRIOR (2018), the story of a young martial arts prodigy, newly arrived from China, who finds himself caught up in the bloody Chinatown Tong wars.
