Dion Clem Quamina I, was born on June 27, 1988 in Brooklyn, New York, to Cynthia Quamina (Morang) and Wayne Quamina. His father is Trinidadian (of African descent), and his mother is also Trinidadian (of East Indian & Spanish decent). Dion grew up in the small city of Savannah, GA. During his high school years Dion joined and excelled in JROTC in high school, (Robert W. Groves High School, 2007) and when he graduated he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. He graduated Basic Military Training an Honor Graduate and served 6 years as an Aircraft Electrical & Environmental Technician/Air Transportation Specialist. In 2013 he moved to NYC to manage Professional Recording Artist Timothy Scott. He began his acting career in 2015. He landed his first role on HBO Ballers in Miami, Florida. Dion has a son Dion C.
