Stephen Hunter has worked extensively across both film and television in both Australia and New Zealand. Stephen's breakthrough big screen role was as the Dwarf, BOMBUR in three of Peter Jackson's films The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies. Stephen's long list of recent television credits include a series guest lead role on Janet King Series 2, a multi-ep guest role on Seven Network's Home & Away, and lead guest roles for the ABC comedy Rosehaven, WBTV/HBO television series The Leftovers, Wolf Creek Series 2 for Stan and most recently Wanted for Channel 7. Stephen's also had guest roles on Network Ten's Love My Way, and the Seven Network's All Saints, with comedy roles on Nickelodeon's The GO Show, ABC's Review with Miles Barlow and a lead role on the ABC animated series CJ the DJ.
