Alex Barima is a Canadian actor, born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. In high school, Alex participated in as many theatrical activities as he could and then earned a post-secondary theatre degree before moving to Vancouver. A year later, he completed a full-time acting course at the Vancouver Academy of Dramatic Arts, launching himself into a bright future of acting. Acting and working in the film industry has always been Alex's focus, and he recently got his big break with FOX's The Exorcist playing Shelby, with the second season that premiered this past September. Fittingly, he admires actors and directors with range, and is attracted to comedic and sci-fi roles. Alex has also worked in the indie film circuit, with his latest movie, Public Schooled, starring Judy Greer and Daniel Doheny that premiered at the 2017 Toronto Independent Film Festival. Other notable credits include: Once Upon a Time, The Returned, iZombie and Supernatural. Alex's passions and interests do not stop at acting, he is also a big gamer and a fan of anime. He enjoys everything that involves storytelling, and would like to produce and direct his own films down the line. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Agent
